Nāda Sound Lab is a sound-led collective by Barış Erdemli and Melis Güven based in Istanbul.
We create immersive sonic experiences, sound designs, and artist-led sound baths that explore how sound alters perception, memory, and atmosphere, intuitively shaped through our experience in sound design, music, and multisensory work.
Sound Bath
A sound bath is an immersive listening experience that uses sound, vibration, and resonance to guide the body and mind into states of deep rest and heightened awareness. Rooted in both ancient spiritual traditions and contemporary research, the practice exists at the intersection of ritual, perception, and neuroscience.
